Madison, Wisconsin (WXOW) - A Westby man is facing federal child pornography charges.
Twenty-three year old Michael Eales is charged with four counts of using a minor to engage in sexually explicitly conduct for the purpose of transmitting a live visual depiction of the conduct.
Federal officials say Eales manufactured the child porn on four different occasions in March, April and May of this year.
He was arrested Friday, June 21, after an investigation by the Department of Homeland Security and Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation.
If convicted, Eales faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15-years and a maximum sentence of 30-years in federal prison on each count.
