La Crosse, WISCONSIN (WXOW) Loggers outfielder Johnny Bekakis had two home runs and drove in all four runs to lead La Crosse to a dramatic 4-3 win over Lakeshore at The Lumberyard Friday night.
Bekakis his a solo home run in the 3rd inning.
The, with the Loggers down 3-1 in the 7th, Bekakis launched his second home run over the game, a three-run shot, to put the Loggers up for good.
Steve Hagen tossed 7 inning and gave up three runs to pick up the win for La Crosse.
Craig Caufield pitched the 9th for the save.
The win moves the Loggers back into first place in the South Division a half-game ahead of Lakeshore with 5 games left in the first half of the season.
