MADISON (WKOW) --- There are now 9 cases of the stomach bug linked to a foodborne illness here in Wisconsin.
The counties involved in the outbreak are Brown, Grant, Kenosha, Sauk, Marquette, Racine, and Milwaukee counties.
The Centers for Disease Control say the cyclospora infection cases flu-like symptoms.
Tuesday, Iowa and Nebraska officials linked their cases to pre-packaged lettuce.
The Wisconsin Department of Health says they are still investigating the cause of the Wisconsin cases and have not linked it to the bagged lettuce.
Nationwide there are more than 250 cases of the infection.
