MADISON (WKOW) -- For the first time in five years the Madison Mallards are making an appearance in the post season.
The team struggled Monday night, losing in the Northwoods South Division playoff opener, but could turn things around Tuesday night.
The teams faces the Lakeshore Chinooks at 7:05 p.m. at Warner Park. Tyler Isham with the Mallards says despite the loss, excitement is building for fans and players. The Chinooks stomped the Mallards Monday, using a seven-run fourth inning to blast to a 15-0 victory at Kapco Park. Here's a recap.
