LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) – It was a family affair in La Crosse County court Friday.
Police arrested four members of the same family for failing to cooperate during an arrest in a fast food parking lot.
Officers arrested Frederick Lomprey III, Frederick Lomprey IV, Billy Lomprey and Lisa Lomprey late Thursday afternoon.
All four face disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer, among some other charges.
An officer said he saw the family involved in an apparent drug deal in the Taco John's parking lot on Monitor Street, according to the incident report.
All four shouted obscenities and tried to get away as he tried to arrest them, the incident report read.
A judge set a $1,000 cash bond for Frederick Lomprey IV. Lisa Lomprey is jailed on a probation violation according to online court records.
The other two are free on signature bonds.
