ONALASKA, Wisconsin (WXOW) – The OpenAir Classic convertible tour wrapped up Sunday.
Over the weekend about 400 people took a ride on the Great River Road through Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota.
They explored the views from the bluffs and valleys, and made stops along the way at local wineries, museums, even candy shops.
"We love this area because it has the right combination of roads, it has the great combination of people who are welcoming for convertibles, and the scenery is just unbeatable. It's really just fun," said Gary Knowles, founder of the OpenAir Classic.
Overall, 200 convertibles – of all different makes and models – took part in the classic.
