Harley rumble growing louder in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (AP) - The rumble of motorcycles is growing louder in Milwaukee where Harley-Davison is celebrating its 110th anniversary with a Labor Day weekend party.

More than 100,000 people from around the globe are expected to take part in weekend concerts, parade, street parties and other events. Motorcycle enthusiasts from as far away as Australia are in Milwaukee for the reunion of those who share a passion for the Harley brand.

While Toby Keith, Kid Rock, Aerosmith and ZZ Top rock the lakefront in Milwaukee, dealerships are going all out to attract bikers with elaborate parties.

The Milwaukee Harley-Davidson dealership's event is adult-rated with a swim-up bar at an above ground pool with waitresses in bikinis and a $250,000 pavilion it built for the anniversary celebration.
