NEW DETAILS: Three wounded in shooting; Suspect sought

LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - La Crosse Police are looking for a man who they say is a possible suspect in an early morning shooting that left three people wounded.

La Crosse Police spokesperson Capt. Robert Lawrence released a statement that officers were called to a disturbance in the area of Adams and Farnam Streets shortly after 5:00 a.m. As the officers were driving to the scene, reports of gunshots and victims came in. 

The officers determined the shootings happened at 1020 Farnam Street.  The people that were shot had already left for Gundersen Health System.

Three people were treated for gunshot wounds to the legs and abdomen.  One of the victims has already been released from the hospital.  Police are not releasing their identities or the condition of the two remaining in the hospital.

Investigators are looking for Almondo Baker as a possible suspect in the shootings.  The 33-year-old Baker is described as a black male,, 5'11", 170 lbs.  He is also known as Mondo.

LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - Police aren't releasing many details about an apparent shooting that happened early Saturday morning on the south side of La Crosse.

More information should come out about the shooting, which reportedly happened around 5:30 a.m. in the 11th and Farnam Street area early Saturday afternoon.

As of late Saturday morning, police had one block in  that area blocked off.  Police tape could be seen surrounding a brick home.

Residents in the area told WXOW that no one was killed and that the shooting took place outside the home.
