Driving drunk for the 13th time lands area man in jail for a year


Jackson County (WQOW) - Driving drunk for the 13th time, lands an area man in jail for a year.

Herman Decorah was sentenced this week in Jackson County. Officers found his car stuck in a snow bank in March.  They say he was passed out behind the wheel, and when asked to step out of the car, he immediately fell down. 

His alcohol level was nearly four times the legal limit. In addition to jail, Decorah's driver's license was revoked for three years.
