Master Control Operator/Editor/Newscast Director

WXOW-TV 19 is seeking applicants for a full-time split position working master control and newscast production.

Master control responsibilities include monitoring on-air programming, commercial insertion, recording and prepping on air content. The candidate needs to possess the necessary technical skills to interface with a variety of computer systems. On the job training is provided.

Newscast production responsibilities include creating graphics, editing video, running an audio board, and other skills needed to put on a live television production. We will train, but television and directing experience are a plus. This position requires to work between the news department and newscast production.
