LA CROSSE, WI (WXOW)—At this time, the La Crosse airport is not expecting funding issues because of the government shutdown.
"The biggest obstacle we're looking at right now is obviously the tower debacle that's plagued us for the last year," Clinton Torp, Airport Manager said. "Indications are right now that we won't have any closure issues based on that shut down at this point."
Torp said all they can do at this point is wait and see what happens like everyone else.
