MADISON, Wisconsin (WXOW)-- Changes to the Wisconsin's school mascot law have been put on hold until November.
The Senate was expected to pass the bill Wednesday morning, but instead delayed its vote until November 5th.
The measure requires a person to collect signatures from 10 percent of a school district's students and then prove discrimination to the department of administration.
The Assembly passed the bill Tuesday night.
