KENDALL, Wisconsin (WXOW) – Monroe County officials are looking for information involving a rash of burglaries to area businesses. The most recent was reported on Sunday, Oct. 20, around 9:30 p.m.
The Monroe County Communications Center said they received a 911 call from an employee at the Kendall Fast Trip about a burglary in progress. The employee stated that she had closed the business and was completing her shift, when she observed two people attempting to break in. She said the suspects had broken a window and were wearing black ski masks. The employee told dispatch she was hiding in a back office.
Police said when they arrived at the Kendall Fast Trip, the suspects were gone. The incident is being investigated.
The Kendall Marshal's office said the Village of Kendall has been experiencing a rash of burglaries in the last two months to area businesses.
