Gundersen hearing frustrations about healthcare.gov

Posted:

LA CROSSE, WI (WXOW)-- Locally, Gundersen Health System said people have been having trouble setting up an account on http://healthcare.gov.

They've been taking a lot of phone calls from frustrated people who can't finish the process online.

Gundersen said they are frustrated too, but are encouraged the government is putting more resources towards the web site because that's where everyone needs to go to sign up.

"That will tell you what tax incentive you may have and what the cost of your coverage is going to be. But if you want to sit down with an agent or broker you can do that as well," Michael Richards, Executive Director of External Affairs, Gundersen said.
