LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - A Melrose-Mindoro FFA student is working for a top spot in a national tractor restoration program.
In 2012, Riley Hanson entered the Chevron Delo Tractor Restoration Competition with a tractor he restored, a1949 WD Allis Chalmers. With that tractor, he became one the top 12 national finalist.

Hanson is the only FFA member competing in the competition from Wisconsin. Next week he will compete at the National FFA Convention in Louisville, KY for the top prize, $10,000.
Along with the national competition, the public can vote for their favorite tractor. To vote log onto www.delotrcvoting.com. Everyone can vote up to three times a day.
