LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) -- The La Crosse police have released photos of three cars tipped over during the opening weekend of Oktoberfest.
Sgt. Randy Rank says the department believes "four to six males" seen wearing white shirts and red caps are responsible for all three car flippings -- which occurred at 13th and Vine Streets, 10th and Main Streets and the 300-block of N. 11th Street.
Rank says he hopes the pictures, which depict the severe damage sustained by all three vehicles might "jar someone's memory" and help police find those responsible for the vandalism.
Anyone with information can submit to police anonymously through La Crosse Area Crime Stoppers by calling 608-784-TIPS or sending a text message to LAXTIPS.
Rank said people can also visit the crime stoppers web site at lacrossecrimestoppers.com.
