Worker who fell from I-90 bridge released from hospital


LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) -- A construction worker who fell 40 feet from the Interstate 90 bridge at Dresbach was released from a La Crosse hospital on Monday. 

A CaringBridge page update said Logan Goodell, 19, returned home after more than three weeks of recovery from life-threatening injuries.

Goodell, who is from Wheeler, Wis., was originally scheduled to be released from Gundersen Health System in La Crosse on Wednesday. But the release got moved up to Monday because of Goodell's fast recovery.   

Goodell fell from the I-90 bridge at Dresbach on Nov. 6 while installing concrete forms.
