Aaron Rodgers will not play Sunday for the Packers

GREEN BAY, Wisconsin (WXOW) --- Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers is out and will not play on Sunday.

Coach Mike McCarthy says it is the organization's decision.

Rodgers has not been cleared medically to play, according to the team.

McCarthy said Rodgers did everything he could to be ready and wants to play.

Without Rodgers, McCarthy is confident they can beat Pittsburgh on Sunday. Matt Flynn, who led the team to a comeback win over Dallas last Sunday, will start against the Steelers.
