Sex Offender released in La Crosse

La Crosse, Wisconsin (WXOW) ----- The La Crosse Police Department wants you to know about the release of a convicted sex offender.

Authorities plan to release 64-year-old Edward Radtke from prison Friday.     Radtke was convicted of attempted second degree sexual assault in an incident involving an adult female.  He has served his sentence and is not wanted by police.

Radtke will be moving from a halfway house to his new address at 535 17th street south in La Crosse.

Under the Sex Offender Notification Law police have to alert the public.
