DRESBACH, Minnesota (WXOW) - The westbound lane of I-90 by the Dresbach Bridge was closed, backing up traffic for several miles, after a semi and three vehicles crashed, according to the Wis. State Patrol.
As of 2:20 p.m., both lanes are back open to traffic, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. State Patrol initially closed the bridge around 12:40 p.m.
There are no fatalities in the crash, according to Tri-State Ambulance. They did transport two patients to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Vehicles that were able to turn around were routed through La Crosse and La Crescent to get back to the interstate.
A number of drivers stranded in traffic caused by the accident were seen standing around chatting along the highway, according to a WXOW crew at the scene.
