LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW)-- The man accused of wounding three people in a shooting last August is headed trial.
Almondo Baker, 33, appeared in court for a preliminary hearing Friday, where a judge found probable cause to move forward with trial.
One of the victims, Tytierra Banks, who was shot in the leg, testified at Friday's hearing. She testified she saw Baker pull out a gun.
"I seen him pull it out and then and that's when I tried to take off and run and that's when the first shot went off and I fell to the ground," Banks said.
Baker faces a charge of attempted first degree intentional homicide and other charges are pending. He is in jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
