MADISON, Wisconsin (WKOW) There are no gimme's in the Big Ten but at least the Badgers can take solace in the fact that they will play 4 of their next 5 games at the Kohl Center.
It starts Wednesday night against Northwestern.
So far Sam Dekker has been able to avoid the sophomore slide.
Dekker was named to the mid-season Wooden Award Watch List last week.
He's having a solid year leading the Badgers with 14-points a game.
But he has had some tough shooting nights in Big Ten play.
Instead of getting frustrated, Dekker's done a little tinkering with his shot.
"If you let your mind take over stuff it's not going to be as positive for you and you just got to let it go. You just got to get back to bending the knees and following throw whatever you learned in grade school and get back to that and shots will start to fall," Dekker said.
Wisconsin and Northwestern tip off at 8pm Wednesday.
