BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. (WXOW) - A Jackson County man accused of stabbing another man is going to prison.
25-year-old Daniel Triplett of Black River Falls, was sentenced to five years behind bars for substantial battery and drug charges plus five years extended supervision once he's released.
Triplett was accused of stabbing a man during a fight nearly two years ago in April, 2012.
The victim had cut marks to his neck and arm, and a shoulder wound that needed two stitches.
