ONALASKA, Wis. (WXOW) - The head dough maker at Toppers Pizza in Onalaska is celebrating 10 years with the company.
Four days a week you'll find Abby Klaas at Toppers, hands deep in dough.
10 years ago, Abby started at Toppers folding boxes, then quickly worked her way up to lead dough maker.
Rachel Bartels, Field Marketing Manager, says Abby's job is arguably the most important job at Toppers.
Abby isn't your typical Toppers employee. She was hired through Riverfront, a company that helps employ people with disabilities.
Denise Downing, Franchisee of Toppers in Onalaska and La Crosse, says, "We don't look at her as being handicapped or challenged, she's one of our employees just like everyone else here."
Abby makes up to 200 balls of dough a day.
