Highway sign thefts in Vernon County

VIROQUA, Wis. (WXOW) – The Vernon County Sheriff's office is asking for the public's help about the theft of road signs.

According to their office, during the weekend of March 7 through March 9, three road signs were stolen. The signs all had the work “DIP” in them.

One sign was stolen from the area of State Highway 162 between Chaseburg and Stoddard. Two other signs were taken just west of County Road K and on State Highway 82 east of De Soto.
