La Crosse Loggers get new video monitor

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW)  ---- The La Crosse Loggers go big with a new upgrade 12 years in the making at the Lumberyard.

On Wednesday, the team installed a High-Definition full color video board much like the kind you could see at Miller Park where the Milwaukee Brewers play.

The video board is 17 by 30 feet.
Loggers General Manager Chris Goodell said the new video board will enable a more interactive ball game between the entertainment on the field and the fans. "We have 4 live cameras in our ballpark as well so you'll be able to get live feeds up there. We can relay more information to the fans.
Of course you see those dizzy bat races and all the fun things we do on the field. It's going to kind of be like your own flat screen TV on the field as well."

The Loggers first home game is May 27th against Wisconsin Woodchucks.
