LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) - Saturday there was a special presentation at the Weber Center for the Performing Arts of an upcoming show for public television featuring some of the unique places and events about La Crosse.
Every episode of Around the Corner with John McGivern highlights a new Wisconsin city showing major events, landmarks and even hidden gems.
In two weeks, the episode for La Crosse will premiere on Wisconsin Public Television Thursday, April 3rd at 7:00 p.m.
The presentation today was for a viewing of that episode so that the people of La Crosse could see if they truly captured the city's beauty and life.
The show featured Rudy's Drive In, Grandad Bluff, Festival Foods, Logistics Health Inc, Oktoberfest and much more. It received a lot of positive feed back from members of the community who attended the preview.
Around the Corner is produced by Milwaukee Public Television and recently just got signed for its fourth season.
