Sex Offender to be released in the Town of Forest

ONTARIO, Wis. (WXOW) – A registered sex offender will be released from prison on May 30.

The Vernon County Sheriff's office said Brian Vadnais, 53, will be living at S337 24th Court in Ontario.

Vadnais was convicted in Milwaukee County of First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 1994.

Following his release into the community, officers said they will be monitoring Vadnais with an electronic device. He will also have to comply with requirements of the lifetime sex offender registration.

Vadnais is not wanted by law enforcement and he has served his time. The release of this information is intended to keep the public informed of sexual offenders who are residing in the community which is required by law.
