G-E-T's Wagner transfers to Winona St.

WINONA, Minnesota (WXOW)  Former G-E-T hoops star Tim Wagner is moving closer to home.
Wagner is transferring from Nebraska to Winona St. where he will play for head coach Mike Leaf.
Wagner was a walk-on for the Cornhuskers but suffered a season-ending injury early this past season.
He took a red-shirt year, so he will have 4 seasons of eligibility at WSU.
Wagner earned all-state honors as a senior at G-E-T and helped lead the Red Hawks to the WIAA State Tournament his junior year.
At Winona St. he'll be reunited with high school teammate Riley Bambenek.
