Motorcycle crash on Interstate 90 leaves two from Winona injured
NEAR ALBERT LEA, Minn. (KXLT) -- Two people from Winona are fortunate to be alive Sunday after a motorcycle accident in Freeborn County.
A man and a 14-year-old boy were traveling westbound on Interstate 90 near mile marker 160. The driver lost control and overturned the motorcycle in the median.
Both were transported to Albert Lea Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The teen was wearing a helmet, but the driver was not. Hayward Fire Department and Gold Cross Ambulance were on scene.
