LACVB looking for the "Best of La Crosse County"

La Crosse, WI (WXOW) -
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) - The La Crosse Area Convention and Visitors Bureau is premiering the 1st annual "Best of La Crosse County."

The Bureau is looking for nominations for the best places to eat, drink, shop, and much more. The nomination survey opens on Thursday, June 12th at  Explore La Crosse wants to be able to promote all the different and exciting places and people La Crosse County has to offer.  There are over 100 categories to choose from and the ability to write in new ones.

Once the survey is open, there will be only 28 days to nominate the businesses around La Crosse. Once all the nominations have been made, a final voting round will happen starting July 10th to August 8th. The winners will be announced August 19th and will be posted to the Explore La Crosse website. 

Anyone can vote, community members, businesses, and visitors to Bangor, Barre, Burns, Campbell, Farmington, Greenfield, Hamilton, Holland, Holmen, La Crosse, Medary, Onalaska, Rockland, Shelby, Washington, West Salem, and all other nooks and crannies of La Crosse County are invited to nominate and vote for the First Annual “Best of La Crosse County”.

Survey participants who nominate at least 10 entities and vote in at least 50 of the 105 categories will automatically be entered in a drawing for a 2-day vacation in La Crosse, WI, including gift certificates for local restaurants, bars, and shopping centers.

The “Best of La Crosse County” winners will receive printed posters to hang at their establishments.
