Loggers early deficit too much to overcome

LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW)  The La Crosse Loggers fell behind big early and could not come all the way back.
They ended up losing 7-5 to Battle Creek Thursday night at The Lumberyard.
Holmen native Ben Cejka gave up 5 runs in 5 innings.
The big blow came from Matt Dacey who hit a three-run home run in the first inning.
Marc Frazier led the Loggers wtih two hits and two runs batted in, including a home run.
La Crosse falls to 10-7 on the season and will host Battle Creek again Friday night.
