LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) - About 100 women had the chance to quiz Wisconsin governor candidate Mary Burke about her campaign plans on Tuesday.
She stopped in La Crosse as part of her campaign plans, and spent the evening at Myrick Park attending the forum hosted by the La Crosse Women's Network for Burke.
"It's a great forum, because then we make sure that I'm answering the questions that people have in their mind, and it's just a great way to interact and make sure that people get to know me," she said.
Burke will remain in La Crosse Wednesday to assess flood and severe weather damage.
