Loggers skid continues


 LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW)  The La Crosse Loggers dropped their 4th game in a row Sunday night, losing to Kenosha 8-2 at The Lumberyard.

The Loggers were without manager Jason Nell who is serving a two-game suspension for a bench-clearing incident the Loggers had with Lakeshore Friday night.

Scott Burke gave up seven runs (six earned) and nine hits in just three innings to take the loss for the Loggers.

Nash Knight had three hits and Joe Meggs went 2 for 2 in the losing effort.

La Crosse falls to 5-6 in the second half and 26-20 overall.  

They are off Monday before beginning a four-day road-trip at Alexandria Tuesday.
