There was buzz around Lambeau Field Thursday however about the possibility of another dream - playing football overseas.
Packers President Mark Murphy said the team is considering playing a game in London, but doesn't want to give up a home game at the team's famous stadium to do so. He said it would have too much of an impact on the local community, but loves the idea of being the away team across the pond.
"I would be excited about having a chance to play in London," Murphy said. "You heard the statistics about the global reach of the Packers. I think our fans here would love to travel to London. I think it would be a great experience."
Murphy said only certain teams are picked to host games in London, and that because Packers fans travel so well, other teams may not want to be the home team if they play in England.
