Westby, WI (WXOW) - -

Westby, WI (WXOW) Westby will try to add to is recent run of success under a new head coach.

Andy Hulst takes over the program this season.

Hulst has been an assistant coach the last 7 seasons and the defensive coordinator for the last three.

Westby has qualified for the playoffs the last three seasons.

They return 7 starters from last year.

But because of injuries several more players earned valuable experience.

"It's really in the off season where you make the playoffs. I feel like with the coaches and what they do in the weight room and conditioning and things like that, that's where you can sustain a program," Hulst said.

"We all have a lot of experience with football. We've all played together for a long time. So I think we'll do pretty good," said fullback and linebacker Brock Leum.

Among the returning players is running back Travis Hofslien, who was an all-conference performer as a sophomore last season.
