Packers' Raji to miss season with torn biceps

Green Bay, WI (WXOW) -

Green Bay Packers nose tackle B.J. Raji will miss the 2014-15 NFL season after sustaining a torn right biceps Friday night, ESPN reports.

Raji did not speak to reporters after Friday night's preseason game against the Oakland Raiders, but was seen leaving Lambeau Field with a large ice bag on his right arm, ESPN wrote.

The injury comes on the heels of the season-ending injury to offensive lineman Don Barclay. Raji, 28, is the first starter expected to miss the season.

The 2009 first-round draft pick had 17 tackles in 2013. The Packers signed him to a one-year, $4 million deal prior to this season.
