A former Dane County Sheriff's Deputy accused of killing his wife and sister-in-law wants his one million dollars bail reduced to no more than one hundred thousand dollars. In a court motion Andrew Steele's attorney says Steele has no access to thousands raised to help Steele cope with a diagnosis of ALS.There will be a bail hearing on Thursday to discuss the motion.Steele is accused of killing his wife and sister-in-law in their Fitchburg home on Friday, August 22. Both victims were shot.Steele was diagnosed with ALS in June, which forced him to quit his job as a Deputy in the Dane County Jail.
