The La Crosse Area Youth Orchestras filled Onalaska High School with the sound of their sweet symphonies Sunday afternoon.
The concert included performances by two orchestras and a violin concerto.
The orchestra's director and conductor, Randall Mastin said playing with the symphony gives advancing musicians an outlet for their skills.
LYSO is made up of 65 members who play in two groups, the Philharmonic String Orchestra and the Italiano Orchestra.
The members rage in age from 8 through 18.
The orchestras have been around for 46 years.
