On the court at the Kohl Center Thursday night, the Dominican Knights made no bones about the fact they are after a fourth consecutive Division 4 state title with an overwhelming 93-54 win over previously undefeated Regis.

The Ramblers found no answer to stopping Dominican's Diamond Stone, who finished the night with 33 points and 15 rebounds. His physical presence inside took the Knights out to a 27-16 First Quarter lead. They never looked back.

Besides Stone's scoring, Dominican also found their touch beyond the three point line. Austin Moutry added 16 with 12 of those points coming from three point range.

Regis, who came into the game 26-0, were behind early and couldn't catch up. Billy Wampler had 19 points and Logan Rohrscheib added 16 for the Ramblers.

Dominican now faces Mineral Point, another undefeated team, in the Division 4 Championship Saturday afternoon. Game time is set for approximately 12:45 p.m.

In game two Thursday night, Mineral Point edged Auburndale 66-59.

Tarek Oellerich led the Pointers on both ends of the court, with 23 points and 11 rebounds. Turner Poad added 17, with Alec Schmitz contributing 12.

Alex Marth and Cooper Krings each had 14 points on the evening for Auburndale.
