The two men charged with the death of a Tomah man made their first appearance in Monroe County court on Friday.
The two men were teleconferenced into the courtroom, as Monroe County District Attorney Kevin Croninger recommended bond.
Zachary Davis' bond is set at $1,000,000 and is forbidden to make contact with Sebastian Martinez. Davis is facing three felony charges: first degree intentional homicide, armed robbery and operating a motor vehicle without the owners consent.
Sebastian Martinez is being held on $750,000 bond. He is charged with three felonies: felony murder, harboring or aiding a felon and operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent.
Both men will be back in Monroe County Court within the next few weeks for a preliminary hearing.
