The Minnesota Vikings may be tapping into that Caledonia talent.
Isaac Fruechte has received a invitation to the team rookie camp this weekend on a tryout bases.
The former Caledonia Warrior and Golden Gopher receiver will report to Vikings headquarters Thursday for meetings.
Then Fruechte will go through workouts with the other rookies on Friday and Saturday with the hopes of landing a contract for training camp this summer.
He caught 18 passes for 292 yards and a touchdown last fall for the Gophers.
The Packers, Bills and Eagles were among the other teams interested in Fruechte, according to his father Carl.
