Eagles rally to win suspended game; now 2-0 in Regionals

 LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW)  The UW-La Crosse baseball team scored one run in the 9th to force extra innings and then scored two in the 13th to beat Washington University 8-6 in a Midwest Regional game at Copeland Park.

The game was the completion of a game that was suspended after two innings because of rain Thursday night.

The Eagles are now 2-0 in the double-elimination tournament and will play Coe College at 7:45 PM.

 Justin Anderson's two-out single in the top of the 9th scored Taylor Kohlwey with the tying run.

 The Seth Feldman drove home the go-ahead run on the 13th on a squeeze bunt.

UW-L relief pitchers tossed 11 shutout innings.
