LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) Nora Reuteman scored two goals to lead the Aquinas girls soccer team to a 2-0 win over Oshkosh Lourdes in a division 4 Sectional semifinal game Thursday. The game was played on a slippery, sloppy field at the Fields For Kids complex in La Crosse. Reuteman scored the first goal in the 33rd minute on an assist from Mikaela Schlesinger. She scored again on a breakaway in the 43rd minute. "It was a team effort. My teammates were there to set it up. They had tow great passes that helped it go in. We just stuck with the game plan. And no matter the conditions we were ready to play in the rain. The puddles were tough to get around but we got through it," Reuteman said. Aquinas advances to the Sectional championship against Wisconsin Rapids Assumption this Saturday in Wausau. In division two, Tomah was eliminated 8-3 by River Falls.
