Carl Bradford knows he needs to have a better game on Sunday against the Steelers than he had in the preseason opener against the New England Patriots.
The second-round pick in the 2014 draft struggled in his first game action at inside linebacker, but had a much better week in practice.
He knows where he stands in the roster battle, and that performances like the one he turned in against the defending Super Bowl champions won't cut it.
"Just from going back and watching film, I can see myself thinking a lot, just been hesitant at stuff," Bradford said. "That's something that just from repetition and in practice I have to do, just understand it and get the feel for the game more."
Kickoff is at 12 p.m. Sunday in Pittsburgh. Coverage on WXOW News 19 starts at 11:30 a.m.
