The second man charged in the fatal shooting of a Winona man last month makes his first court appearance Tuesday.
19-year-old Reginald Burnett faces four felony charges including 2nd Degree Murder, Aggravated Robbery, and two counts of 2nd Degree Assault.
Burnett, along with Lonnie Hudson, are accused of fatally shooting 31-year-old Adam Fort in his apartment during a robbery on October 18.
Burnett fled to Illinois where he was captured by police on October 24. Following an extradition hearing, he was returned to the Winona County Jail Monday afternoon from Illinois.
During Tuesday's court appearance, Judge Nancy Buytendorp set bond at $3 million for Burnett.
He's scheduled for another court appearance next week.
Hudson is also in the Winona County Jail on a $5 million bond.
Another person, Kayla Mae Clay, was arrested for Aiding an Offender-Accomplice After The Fact in connection with the case. She's awaiting a Thursday court appearance. Clay is in the Winona County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
