La Crosse, WI (WXOW) -

Viterbo University's volleyball and women's soccer teams received bids to their respective NAIA national tournaments on Monday.

The V-Hawks volleyball team received the second overall seed in the tournament and will have a bye in the tournament, allowing Viterbo to advance to the final tournament site in Sioux City, Iowa.

Viterbo (37-4) won the North Star Athletic Association Tournament Championship last weekend with its fifth straight sweep. Viterbo is one of 12 teams to receive a bye. The remaining 24 teams in the tournament will play this Saturday.
