Marquette's Henry Ellenson has won Big East Freshman of the Week honors for the second time this season.
The award was announced Monday. Ellenson averaged 17.5 points, 9.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in wins over San Jose and at rival Wisconsin last week.
The 6-foot-11 freshman from Rice Lake, Wisconsin, finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds against the Badgers. It was Ellenson's fifth double-double of the season.
Ellenson also was named Big East Freshman of the Week on Nov. 30.
The Golden Eagles are on a seven-game winning streak. Marquette returns to action Dec. 21 after finals week.
