The Coulee Region Chill are hoping a little home cooking will do them well this weekend.
They'll face Fairbanks in game four of their best of five series Friday night at Green Island Ice Arena.
The Ice Dogs lead the series two games to one. So it's win or go home for the Chill.
The good news is that Coulee Region has been outstanding at home. Since January 1, the Chill are 14-3 on their home ice.
"That's what playoffs are all about. You have to take care of home ice. We're down a game to him but we have two games here. If we win both of those we'll move on. We're excited to be able to play in front of the home crowd," said head coach A.J. Degenhardt.
"It's huge. Home ice advantage in the playoffs is one of the biggest tools you want as a team. It'll be a good game. We're looking to take care of business here at home," said Chill defenseman Matt Doran.
The Chill and Ice Dogs will drop the puck at 7 p.m. Friday.
