Friday's rain creates more flooding situations around the area.
Several inches of rain fell across Northeastern Iowa, Southeastern Minnesota, and Southwestern Wisconsin. That triggered several flood warnings which continue.
A Flood Warning is in effect for Allamakee, Winneshiek, and Clayton counties in Iowa, and Vernon, Crawford, and Richland counties in Wisconsin.
Law enforcement in Winneshiek County report that several roads are closed after high water from the Turkey River covered them.
The National Weather Service said that between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain has fallen in the warned area. They are also warning of possible mudslides on steep terrain.
A Flood Warning from the National Weather Service was extended for Richland County where flooding continues along the Pine River.
Flood warnings continue for locations along the Kickapoo River in Gays Mills, Steuben, Soldiers Grove, and Readstown. Minor flooding is forecast for those areas.
